Virtual Voter Terms of Use
Welcome to Virtual Voter, a social media app developed and owned by Contrarian
Technologies Pvt Ltd., India.
By accessing or using Virtual Voter, you agree to comply with and be bound by
the following terms and conditions:
User Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Virtual Voter. By
using Virtual Voter, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years
old.
User Account: You may be required to create a user account to access certain
features of Virtual Voter. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur
under your account.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post or submit on Virtual
Voter ("User Content"). By posting or submitting User Content, you
grant Contrarian Technologies Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual,

publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection

Content moderation : Virtual Voter's moderation team reviews objectionable content in real time. In addition, users can flag off objectionable content, and block the ones responsible for it. All reports of abuse are sent to the moderation team for action, and are responded to almost in real time.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following
prohibited activities:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming affiliation with any
person or entity.
Interfering with the proper functioning of Virtual Voter or circumventing any
security measures.
Intellectual Property: Virtual Voter and its content, including but not limited
to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark,
and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or
create derivative works based on Virtual Voter without prior written permission
from Contrarian Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Virtual Voter is provided "as is" and
"as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied. Contrarian Technologies Pvt Ltd disclaims all warranties, including
but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Contrarian Technologies Pvt Ltd be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Virtual Voter.
Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, New Delhi., without regard
to its conflict of law principles.
